Shipping & Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

Because each piece is made with intention and often created specifically for an individual client, our return policy is designed to reflect the nature of custom and small-batch work.

Custom & Commissioned Pieces
All commissioned and custom-designed pieces are final sale.
Once a commission is approved and payment is made, it is non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

Ready-to-Ship / One-of-a-Kind Pieces
We accept returns on eligible one-of-a-kind pieces within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Items that show signs of damage or wear, resizing, or alteration

  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at Cory@corylawsonjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 5% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

For security reasons, in-person returns or drop-offs are not accepted.
