Fabricated in Argentium (.935) sterling, this pendant is set with Swiss blue topaz. The stone is rose cut and full depth, giving it presence beyond surface brilliance and allowing light to move through the form.
Across the surface, intentional working creates a textured field. Along the outer edge, a rim of marks suggests inscription and establishes a boundary around the form.
At the top, the bale is riveted rather than soldered, allowing slight movement and reinforcing the piece as a constructed object.
